A newly renovated home in the heart of Northwest Arkansas! Everything around here is close no matter where you stay, so whatever you've come to do you can easily get there. Even Fayetteville is only 25 minutes away. See our list of recommended places we locals love.
We also provide a list of the healthier places to eat and will let you know what places cook with see oils and which ones are gluten free etc... We take good care of our family and so we'll take good care of you. we'll even bake you a nice loaf of kamut, sourdough for your stay. There's not another place like this in NWA!
Remediated of EMFs
We want this to be a healthy place to stay on every level. It's likely the only house thats been remidiated of EMFs. We decked the house out in EMF Solutions products and as a result you may very well get better sleep than ever before, but regardless we can offer a safe place to stay, unlike any other. A house should be a place of rest and your body just can't when it's being hit with all the signals from our modern day, electronic lives.
Clean Food and House Products
We only stock the house with organic food. We recommend Aldi and Akins down the street for stocking up on that. We provide fresh eggs from our vaccine-free, organic fed, chickens as well as well as fresh raw milk from down the road. We provide a list of the healthier places to eat. There's not many, but the good ones are VERY good and will let you know what places cook with see oils and which ones are gluten free etc... There will also be no trace of chemicals in the soaps, detergents, cleaners etc...
We get a fresh bag of coffee roasted from the local 211 Cafe. We mean fresh, coffee starts to mold after about two weeks and thats how often they roast it. It's a medium roast and it's the only coffee we drink.
And yeah, even your bedding has fresh LINEN sheets and the beds are made of all wood so that EMFs won't be attracted to them.
We take good care of our family and so we'll take good care of you. we'll even bake you a nice loaf of kamut, sourdough for your stay. There's not another place like this in NWA!

About
You'll know it's the Oz Haus from our pastel pink door! Our modern eclectic style makes us perfectly instagramable. The Oz Haus was built in the 1950's with lumber from the property, owners Ashley and John Starnes, saw a need to bring the old property back to life. Book us for wedding weekends, staycations, girls trips, branding shoots, and more!

We love hosting and want all guests to have a quality stay, to ensure all guests enjoy their stay we kindly ask that a few simple rules be followed.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to everything in the house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide healthy amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room for a 2 day stay. Beyond that guests will need to purchasing these items for themselves. we'll be happy to let you know where we purchase anything.
Check in and out: We are a self-check-in and check-out rental. You will receive an email with a code for the lock a few days before your stay. However if you'd rather pay cash we're all about that too.

The Neighborhood
Its a nice neighborhood, very safe and we know everyone around the house quite well. Most people have children and it's a very freindly and calming neighborhood.
